It is at Delaney Place at on Delaney Av. just south of the 408 aka East/West Expressway just a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Orlando. The picture with downtown in it was taken from the entrance of the parking lot. The condo is newly renovated with crown molding like new kitchen and appliances and new granite counters. Appliances include refrigerator (w/ icemaker) stove dishwasher and microwave. There is a nice, full-size washer and dryer in the unit as well. The beautiful wood floors run throughout. There is storage in the entry coat closet and a very large walk-in closet. We are looking for a reliable clean renter. If you are not a clean person please do not ask about renting. NO inside smoking. Also parking here is limited and there is only one reserved space for this condo. Subject to acceptable credit application including references.
