This cabin is part of a group of cabins located on 10 acres in Bandera. They are close enough that you can see your neighbors but your back porch feels completely private. We keep Mowed pet paths so you can enjoy escorted walks with you pet over the entire property. It is a quiet community focused on enjoying the peace and serenity of the Hill country. The cabins are complete with dishwasher, washer dryer, Minisplit Heat pump for heat and air conditioning. We are 6 miles from Bandera and 13 miles to Kerrville, right off of HWY 173 North. Feel free to come and look around and see if it is a place that feels like home. This cabin monthly rent includes electric and water. The renter is responsible to arrange internet or garbage service. We would be happy to make suggestions if needed. It is a 30 day lease, so the renter is free to leave at any time with a 30 day notice, but welcome to stay as long as you like. We are a non smoking property. Parking is located in front of your cabin. The cabins are close enough to see your neighbors but still feel private
