This is a small cabin located on 10 acres in the Texas hill country with its own private sunset view of the Historic Bandera Pass. It is rented UNFURISHED. Electric and water are included in the rent. The cabin has its own washer and dryer, a full kitchen with all the amenities, a private parking area and a large deck facing out over the Hill Country. There are other cabins on the acreage but the rear deck is completely private. we are building a community focused on enjoying nature and the solitude it brings. Pets are allowed and welcome, but due to the close proximity to the main HWY we strongly suggest that dogs are escorted at all times for their safety. The Cabin is 5 miles from Bandera and 13 miles from Kerville. The Cabin is available now. You can call to meet and tour or feel free to drive by the area to get a feel for the place. There is a sign with "APACHE RIDGE " at the entrance. The Cabin is 1050 per month and that includes water and electric, but the renter is responsible for any other utilities such as internet or TV services, etc. The lease is a 30 day minimum but feel free to stay as long as you like. The renter can leave at any time with a 30 day notice. There is a 500 non refundable pet deposit. These units are small but very nice and they dont stay on the market very long when they become available. So if you at all interested in becoming part of our community, I highly suggest filling out an application to be compettitive in getting the unit. There is a no smoking policy.
