We gladly accept pets wth a 500.00 non refundable pet fee.The monthly rent includes water and electric. This property has amazing views and plenty of room for escorted walks with your pet, in addition to a small fenced backyard. It is 5 miles from Bandera and 12 miles from Kerrville directly on HWY 173. We are forming a new community of cabins and would love to have you come join us. We focus on enjoying the peace, quiet ,and views of the Hill country. The lease is month to month. But feel free to stay for as long as you like. Any duration with a 30 day notice to leave is fine. This cabin monthly rent includes electric and water. The renter is responsible to arrange internet or garbage service. We would be happy to make suggestions if needed. It is a 30 day lease, so the renter is free to leave at any time with a 30 day notice, but welcome to stay as long as you like. We are a non smoking property. Parking is located in front of your cabin. The cabins are close enough to see your neighbors but still feel private
