The additional door in the picture is to the well house not another cabin. It is 5 miles from Bandera and 12 miles from Kerrville directly on HWY 173. We are forming a new community of cabins and would love to have you come join us. We focus on enjoying the peace, quiet and views of the Hill country. The lease is month to month. Any duration with a 30 day notice is fine. This cabin monthly rent includes electric and water. The renter is responsible to arrange internet or garbage service. We would be happy to make suggestions if needed. It is a 30 day lease, so the renter is free to leave at any time with a 30 day notice, but welcome to stay as long as you like. We are a non smoking property. Parking is located in front of your cabin. The cabins are close enough to see your neighbors but still feel private
