This apartments has vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans throughout, a large laundry room and pantry. The kitchen is open to the great room. There lots of windows and natural light, it's located in quiet country setting in elite neighborhood in West Kennewick/Badger Canyon area. The apartment is located at the top of the stairs above our barn. There a great views of the canyon. The cost to rent the apartment is 1,200 a month and includes utilities. There is a large fire pit to use as well. Horse boarding is an additional $100 per month per horse, 2 horses maximum. Pet rent is $25 for cats and $40 for dogs. There are lots of good riding and hiking trails adjacent to the property. The apartment is unfurnished. We pay water, sewer, garbage, and electric. Tenant pays TV and internet.
