There are additionally kitchenette amenities including a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Instant Pot, air fryer, and utility sink. The tenant would have sole access to the driveway for parking, and utilities are included in the rental price. The lease term is 30 days minimum, and can be negotiated on a monthly basis. There is absolutely no smoking or drug use allowed in or on the property of the home. Cleaning and maintenance of the suite is the tenant's responsibility. The homeowner covers pest control in and outside of the home. The tenant has full use of the driveway for parking purposes.
