    Very cute 2BD/1BA home with attached garage only a couple of miles from the medical center campus and Buckley AFB and just south a few blocks east of Lowry. This is a beautiful property so we're looking for people that take a lot of prime in their home and are self-sufficient residents. This home is very well maintained and clean with hardwood floors throughout and a fully-equipped kitchen and gas stove. We're not a huge housing operation so we're not going to be hard to get a hold of landlords. We want to make this a home someone can enjoy living in so if that interests you, please give us a shout! We're taking inquiries for weekend showings at this time. We've got one other rental nearby that given a strong candidate, we could offer references as to the quality of landlords we strive to be. This home has an excellent location only a few miles of Anschutz Medical Center and Buckley AFB. The applicant will need to have a credit check with all accounts in good standing as well as a positive prior landlord referral. (Yes we will call). **WHEN YOU INQUIRE, PLEASE INCLUDE INFORMATION ADDRESSING EACH OF THE QUALIFICATION POINTS BELOW** - This is a no smoking property - Refundable security deposit is one month's rent : $1,550 - No cats are allowed. - Dogs may be acceptable on a case by case basis with a minimum pet deposit of $1,550 in addition to the security deposit. - No more than two adults can occupy the property. - A credit, criminal and background check will be required for each adult tenant. A minimum credit score of 700 will be required. - Lawn maintenance from April-October will be required of the tenant, or an additional fee of $120 will be added to each applicable months rent to pay for a landscaping company. - We're looking for a motivated, self-sufficient tenant that take great pride in their home. - Rent must be paid via electronic fund transfer (excluding initial deposit and first month rent) - Basic application process is: - View the property and meet with us - Completed application will be reviewed. If application is favorable, references will be contacted. - If sufficient reference info is provided, credit/criminal/background check request will be sent directly from TransUnion SmartMove to prospect for payment and release for our review. TU SmartMove costs are approximately $40 per prospective tenant. - If sufficient info is provided via TU-SmartMove, then lease will be sent to prospective tenant for completion. We are looking for a rent start date of June-1 but may be able to offer some flexibility depending on the circumstances.
