My husband and I are both film buffs so you will also have use of all the apps like Mubi, Criterion Collection, as well as Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon prime and peacock. Large screen tvs in both bedrooms and in living room. There are 2 workspaces in the house if you will be working from home: one is a beautiful desk with hand carved details in the master bedroom overlooking the backyard; the other is a good sized nook off the kitchen with a large desk overlooking the backyard. If you are currently living in Austin and would like to tour the house, we will be able to show you the house beginning October 1 when we return. More about the house and location: We are in an area called South Austin, just 5 minutes from MoPac and a 12 minute drive to downtown Austin. The neighborhood is very safe, kid and dog friendly. Very nice people and lovely homes. Biking and hiking very nearby. A huge live oak tree in the front yard. The house is very quiet, we just had new Anderson windows installed and not only are they beautiful, they really block out noise so when closed you get quiet and a great night's sleep. Comfortable back yard for relaxing or grilling. We are calculating electricity at $130 per month, which is what it is to keep house at 76 degrees, if your usage on AC ( electricity) is higher for example if you keep the house colder than 76 you will be responsible to pay for that amount each month.
