With six skylights in total, natural light spreads across each room, making it feel open and airy throughout the house. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom on each level of the home. There is a full laundry room downstairs. The upstairs master suite is very spacious, including room for a king-size bed and sitting area, walk-in closet, jet bathtub, spacious glass shower, and a beautiful brand new deck overlooking the backyard and garden. Upstairs also has a bonus space with built-in bookshelves that spread across one wall, floor to ceiling, a perfect space for an office or library. Downstairs features vaulted ceilings, making the living area feel grand. It's a great home for entertaining in. The breakfast bar connects the living room, dining room and kitchen, for an open-concept feel. The living room also has a wood burning fire-place for keeping the home extra cozy on cold nights. The home has a beautiful updated curb appeal/landscaping, and a spacious two-car garage with indoor staircase, entering the kitchen.
