    Live in a modern space set in the charm of historic Denver! This beautiful, remodeled one bed one bath apartment is on the first floor of an historic Capitol Hill mansion. The remodel included all new plumbing and electrical, in-unit laundry, central heat and AC, a new bathroom, and a new kitchen with quartz counters, soft close cabinets, and stainless appliances (including a dishwasher!). Large windows - including an original half moon glass window - provide ample light to all rooms. The original hardwood floors have been refinished throughout. Enter the apartment off of the historic lobby, which still retains the original woodwork from the buildings earliest days as The Hendrie House. Turn West into the living room, with thee large windows and a working gas fireplace. On the South side of the living room is the modern kitchen, with the original large, half moon window. Down the hall is the bathroom, with a large, walk in shower. On the other side of the hall is the in-unit laundry. The large bedroom is on the eastern end of the apartment, and has two large windows and a walk-in closet The apartment is private and quiet, with brick exterior walls, and no walls shared with any other apartment. The ceiling has double drywall to limit noise from the unit above. Outside The large lot provides ample outdoor space, including a covered entry porch, and a side yard with chairs and tables to enjoy the sunny Colorado weather. The Hendrie Mansion is in the best location in Capitol Hill - walk to parks, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores, including Trader Joes - five clocks away. Downtown is a short bike ride, and the nearby Cherry Creek bike trail provides access to destinations throughout Denver, including Downtown and Cherry Creek State Park. A space in the attached parking garage is available for $125/month. Utilities $80/month covers gas, trash, sewer and water. Tenant signs up directly with Xcel energy for their electrical service. General We only consider applications after at least one applicant has seen the apartment, preferably in person. Virtual tours are available for special circumstances. All adults who will live in the apartment must sign the lease, and satisfy eligibility requirements. Credit requirements All adults must have a minimum credit score of 625 and no collections or account defaults in the last 3 years. Security Deposit: A credit score for any renter less than 675 requires 1 month's rent. Credit score for all renters above 675 requires 1/2 month's rent. Security deposits are fully refundable at move out if the apartment is left fully cleaned and in good condition. We consider applications as we receive them (assuming at least one applicant has viewed the property), however we may consider factors like credit, desired move in date or other application information for applications received in close proximity.
