Live in a beautiful, modern space on the top floor of an historic Capitol Hill mansion. Walk into a large, open and bright living area with hardwood floors, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, disposal, full sized stainless range and refrigerator, and beautiful, glass door cabinets for plenty of storage. The large bedroom in the Northeast corner of the apartment is lit by two large windows, and has a big closet and a washer and dryer. The bathroom was redone with new tile and a 48" wide vanity for plenty of storage and counter space. The plumbing and electrical were also fully updated with new piping and wiring. 930 Washington Street is at the heart of the best part of Capitol Hill, with a large front porch and side-yard to enjoy Colorado's wonderful days. Walk along tree lined streets to Trader Joes, King Soopers, Safeway, restaurants and coffee shops. The 45-mile long Cherry Creek bike path is a few blocks away, with access to downtown Denver, Cherry Creek State Park and other points around Denver. Garage parking is not currently available, but comes open a couple of times a year. The garage parking fee is $125/month. Street parking is good for Capitol Hill - most residents use street parking and rarely park more than a half block from the property. Resident parking permits are available from the city so you can avoid the hourly parking restrictions. We charge a flat monthly utility fee of $90 to cover water, sewer, gas, trash, and the electric for the air conditioning. The resident signs up for their own electrical service (minus the AC) with Xcel Energy. The apartment has energy efficient LED lighting, and new appliances to minimize electricity costs. General We only consider applications after at least one applicant has seen the apartment, preferably in person. Virtual tours are available for special circumstances. All adults who will live in the apartment must sign the lease, and satisfy eligibility requirements. Credit requirements All adults must have a minimum credit score of 625 and no collections or account defaults in the last 3 years. Security Deposit: A credit score for any renter less than 675 requires 1 month's rent. Credit score for all renters above 675 requires 1/2 month's rent. Security deposits are fully refundable at move out if the apartment is left fully cleaned and in good condition. We consider applications as we receive them (assuming at least one applicant has viewed the property), however we may consider factors like credit, desired move in date or other application information for applications received in close proximity.
