This home is completely outfitted for an extended stay. All you will need are your personal items! All utilities included, so there won't be any additional monthly fees to pay. We can accept short stays. Nestled on a cove that opens to Old Hickory lake, you can enjoy your off time fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or simply enjoying the day at the water's edge! Maybe the hot tub will help you relax at the end of the day. Have a little fun playing one of the many board games. Or simply cozy up with 2 fireplaces- no wood required! The unique layout features 2 living rooms. The upstairs 3 bedrooms have a king, queen, and full beds. The downstairs bedroom has 2 bunk beds to sleep up to four people. A $45 application fee applies for each adult occupant. This will be charged directly by the company that provides the background check required. Security deposit and first month's rent to secure your reservation. All utilities are included! Monthly cleaning for stays over 50 days will be provided, but more frequent cleaning can be added on for the additional cost of the service. Short term leases welcome. Lawn care is included. Tenant responsibilities: snow removal, taking trash bin to the curb weekly for collection, and reporting any maintenance issues immediately. Non-smokers only. We do not require renters insurance as the furnishing are under ours. However, you are certainly welcome to get it if you would like your personal items covered, as that is not covered by our insurance.
