This fully furnished home is great if you want to keep things together, or want to spread out a little. There are 2 living areas! Everything you would need to move in is there for you-just bring your personal items! We do short stays, so if you're looking for a temporary place without having to move your furniture, this is it! On the edge of Old Hickory Lake, you can paddle around using either of the 2 kayaks provided. Play ping pong or corn hole! Relax in your home away from home! Rent is completely all inclusive-utilities are all covered including wifi. All adults will be required to submit for a background/credit check. That fee is paid to the company providing the service and is non-refundable. Rent is all inclusive of utilities, lawn care. The only tenant responsibilities include taking the trash to the curb weekly, snow removal if necessary, and notifying of any maintenance issues as quickly as possible. While we don't require renters insurance due to the nature of the furnished rental, we encourage you to consider if you wish to have your personal belonging covered as they would not be covered by our insurance.
