The Vue on 5th offers studio, one, and two bedroom apartments.
Lease runs from August 15, 2026 - July 27, 2027. Rent is due monthly on the first. Leases are individual leases, which means each roommate is only liable for themselves. All applicants must have a cosigner, with limited exceptions. Only two pets per apartment are allowed. Pet rent is determined after a third-party screening. Property management handles landscaping, trash bins, pest control and routine maintenance. Emergency maintenance and lockout service is available 24/7.
