Animals (dogs, cats, fish and birds) are permitted in your apartment home or the community so long as you have our prior written consent. Pets may be accepted with an Additional Security Deposit of $500 for the first pet and $250 for the second. Monthly pet rent is $20 per month per pet and an Animal Addendum must be executed by all adult household members. A picture of your pet and annual vaccination records must be provided. The following dog breeds are not permitted at the property: Rottweile
