    This is a sublease. Address is 111 W Polk St. AMLI Lofts building. It wasnt allowing me to use the address cause it's owned by the management. Move in date: 10 days after your application is approved and the 1st month's rent is received by the building. You'll pay the management directly, a plus since there's a lot of scams. I.e. you get approved and your check gets cleared by the management on July 15, we can move out asap and you can move in July 25. We've been with AMLI for 3 years now. Amazing management, staff, and building. Units are solid, our floor is very quiet, the amenities are well-maintained. They address unit issues in less than 24hrs, only issues we had was repairing a bathroom closet and when they had to replace our washer dryer which they did the same afternoon we reported it. Amenities are always available to use, building has low unit volume per floor. Building is very safe and secured on the quiet side of Printer's Row/South Loop. Walking distance to AMC and less than 5 mins to i290/90. Keyless entry for the entire building and your unit. Our front desk is amazing and very on top with organizing our packages. The base rent is $2460 (vs $2890 last unit leased and other 1br is at $2900+). They've been giving us the winter rate because of the lease end date that we have. They've only increased our rent from $45-$65 each renewal. You can basically keep that rate as long as you renew your lease around March-April. There is a $120 admin fee on top of the rent covers trash, gas, water, 1gbps fast internet and etcetera. We have a parking spot attached to the lease for $220 but they might be able to take it out because there is a 5 people waitlist in the building for parking. So total monthly is $2600. This is a steal compared to current going rates for apartment building like this. Application Process: My husband and I require that you have at least $6000 in individual or $8000 for combined net monthly income in the past 12 months, 730+ credit score, and of course no history of eviction and clean criminal background. 1st step - We'll pre-screen applicants. Send a copy of: 1. A screenshot of your latest credit score. 2. email them to me(dm me here for my email) 3. Set up a tour of our unit if you want to. 2nd step - I will send you a link to apply with our building. They will do their own background check and credit check. The application fee is $50 per person and will be charged when you submit the application. 3rd step - Once approved send a check to the management for your first months rent. Move in as early as 10 days after the building receives your payment. No other fee involved. No move in fee or admin fee.
