This is a central and still mostly industrial neighborhood in Bayview. Room includes: - Private bedroom with a twin bed with linens and towels provided and closet space. The bedroom door does not lock. - Dedicated desk workspace. - Closet storage. - Full bathroom next door. - Utilities and Monkey Brains Internet are included. - Monthly house cleaning to clean shared areas. You can request your bedroom to be cleaned, but otherwise they will not enter your room. - No parking, but you can store your bike in the garage. - Washer/dryer are on the main floor by the living room. - You're welcome to use the kitchen and cookware with care. The townhouse has three levels inside a 7-unit building: Main level: kitchen and a half bath Middle level: your bedroom and your dedicated full bathroom (+ one office that is off-limits) Top floor: the owners' suite, which is private and off-limits An elevator runs from the ground floor to the townhouse entrance. Inside, there's a flight of stairs up to your room. You'll get one key that opens the main building, the garage, and the trash room. The townhouse door uses a personal entry code set up just for you. We live mostly in Napa but stay at the townhouse now and then, usually 2 to 3 nights a month or less. We'll always let you know ahead of time. When both of us need to be in SF, we'll have our dogs with us. You must be comfortable with dogs to sublet this room. If you're not, this isn't the right place for you.
