One of the original lots which is why the lot is almost 7 acres. We used to have 3 mobile homes on the front lot so a small mobile home park could be a possible income to maintain the property. House is located in the back lot. Has solid flooring ( minus a small soft spot in one little area, easy peasy fix) and a metal roof that was installed 5 years ago. I will upload a recent photo of the house with the metal roof once I am back in town. The kitchen counter needs to be added and water connected to the kitchen. Vinyl flooring added last year but has not been properly glued (is not something noticeable). House has screened porch off of the dining room and a deck off of the master bedroom. Woodstove installed and ready to go. Fridge and stove were purchased new last year. The garage is separate. It is a 5 or 6 car deep garage. Farther in law was originally going to turn the back part into a small apartment. It needs a door and the floor is gravel. Roof is metal but there is a small section in the back that needs a piece or two of metal roofing ( they ran out of extra material lol). The driveway is about 800 feet and needs gravel added. We added gravel and quickrete to the gravel in 2012 and it's lasted until last year. Driveway has a few deep ravines so drive a truck or SUV when viewing property or park at the top on the main road and walk back. Front lot has a mobile home on it along with JUNK. I had to legally evict squatters and they left a bit of a mess. Nothing that can't be cleaned up. I haven't stepped inside the mobile home in years so I'm unsure of the condition.     What the owner loves about this home
    At one time we had a family compound on this property with 4 families living here and it has given us so many great memories. It would be amazing if someone can see the potential in this property.
