Rent is $1,500 per month with a one time deposit of $1,500. You will have to hook up all your own utilities. Pets are welcome but there will be an additional $25-$75 per month pet rent (depends on the size and breed of the animal). It has a large back yard with a fire pit for get-togethers and pets. There is a storage shed located in the back as well with lawn mower and weed whacker. Tenant mows own lawn.
