Surrounded by beautiful woods, these ten acres are backed up against hundreds of acres of undeveloped forest on the back of the mountain, at the end of the road, with a beautiful view of the steep Arkansas hills. One of my favorite things to do is sit on the porch with a glass of scotch, and watch the redbud and cherry blossom petals dance in the breeze. Deer come right into the lawn, and there are over 40 beautiful flowering trees surrounding the property. This gorgeous property is only a few minutes ride on an atv to multiple river entrances as well, and less than half an hour from a wonderful lake. A natural waterfall occurs on a 30×10ft rock face behind the house after it rains, and in the winters it freezes into a work of art. Gardens will flourish here! I planted two rose shoots in took from an old bush, and a few years later they are 12+ft across each, only watered. The main cabin has a spacious master bedroom, and a cozy loft room, with acess to a long storage cubby inside the porch roof. There is also a 30ft metal shop i mostly use for storage. We were making a guest cabin as well, 14×40ft, but I have not put in the floors and walls yet, am currently finishing the wiring; for full price I will finish the floors and walls before you move in. I currently run the guest cabin on an industrial shop cord, and use it for an office/mancave, where I have my wetbar and gaming setup. The main cabin uses electricity, except the water heater and stove, which run on propane. There is a makeshift covered gun range on the backside, nothing fancy but in a great spot for safe and private shooting. Both buildings are nestled neatly into the trees, and stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Appointment only for viewing
