One room is available in this four bedroom, two bath house. The house has a large eat-in kitchen, a spacious living room and a study/gaming room. All of the communal spaces are furnished. There is a washer and dryer. The covered patio is a nice place to hang outdoors. There is a giant backyard and plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street (no permit necessary). The house is located behind Gainesville High school, so it is a ten minute bike ride to UF campus and a 12 minute drive to Santa Fe College campus. There is a bus stop for a bus that runs to UF three blocks away, and a different bus stop for Santa Fe just one block away. We are three roommates (two guys and a girl) looking for a fourth. Each person has their own room and shares a bathroom with other person. We are all in our early twenties. The guys work in the restaurant industry and the girl is a junior at UF. We are looking for a person close to us in age who either works full time or goes to school. We have two cats, so you cannot be allergic to or averse of cats. The landlord does not allow dogs. Potential roommates should be willing to chip in on the household chores: wash their own dishes after cooking, manage their space in the fridge by tossing old food, and be timely in switching their laundry. How you keep your room is your business. Once a week, everyone pitches in to keep the house clean: take out the trash and recycling, sweep and mop the floors and clean the bathrooms. The yard is maintained by a lawn service. The landlord also pays for pest control and the internet.
