There are no monthly hoa dues, the four units split ins , studs in and out and yard work and termite control once a year. Very diffrent from other units in this area.
Private setting with wood in the front and the Missouri mountains out the deck. Quiet and perfect for a get away. This town home is totally redone with granite throughout, all new applications and washer and dryer. Nice carpet in bedrooms and the stairs.
The hoa is done differently than any other in this area. Once a year all 4 units split the insurance, yard care and termite costs. Each unit pays it owner person insurance. So no month hoa!
The washroom is large with a storage room behind it with large shelves. The gargage is large with a work area and the attic is floored.
The $820 is a road tax not the condos hoa
ins and yard work and termite is divided 4 ways once a yr by all owners. We paid $ 1900 for our part last yr
