This house is a fixer upper. We were planning to update the home when we retired but plans changed. We are still living in the house but are moving everything out but there is a some more to move. The house needs a lot of work. The structure needs leveling. The rooms need paint and carpeting. The kitchen and four bathroom could use updating. The HVAC system is a fairly efficient heatpump that was installed in 2014. We recently had a new 50 gallon hot water tank installed. There will be some wall and ceiling work required as well. The pool is in rough shape but the tank is good. The pool would need a lot of work.
