We are a respectful and hardworking group of gals hoping for another female university student or young professional. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. Dishes, Tupperware and kitchen appliances are available for use. High speed internet, laundry and all utility bills included. Lots of fridge, freezer and cupboard space is available in a shared kitchen (there are two fridges and freezers). Both floors are free to enjoy at your leisure, as is our lovely backyard. Plenty of storage space is available in the basement or garage. The location is very convenient, with the U of C campus only a 5-10 minute bus ride or 25-30 min walk away. We are also steps away from a convenience store, pharmacy and liquor store, and a short walk from various grocery stores, and Brentwood/Northland malls. no smoking, no pets, keep common areas clean
