There is a community pool you will have access to when it is open which is from about May to September each year. 1 month lease minimum, but you can do a longer lease if needed. Property is intended to be a mid term temporary housing for corporate travelers, travel nurses, college students, etc. So for longer leases pricing does fluctuate throughout the year to coincide with market rates. Property is within 5 minutes of Grand Canyon University. No pets. No smoking of any kind. There are two covered parking spots available with a guest parking spot. Security Deposit depends on credit.
