This is a cute, clean and energy efficient home that our family has loved for the past twelve years. It's in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes east of downtown Gainesville. There are no backyard neighbors other than the deer and birds! Mature oak trees provide shade and an orange tree provides oranges in the winter. The house is handicapped accessible but also works great for young families!
