Come retreat, work or attend class remotely in our cozy fully furnished and equipped craftsman style studio, we call the Treehouse, available for one to eight-month long stays from October through May, 2026. This one bedroom, one bath studio is called the Treehouse because it is situated between tall evergreens in a forest against the Swan Mountain Range. We usually book shorter stays on VRBO and Airbnb, but are looking for the right person, couple, or small family to rent this unique space for a up to six months at a discounted nightly rate including utilities. You will enjoy this magnificent peaceful space among the treetops. The Treehouse boasts a very decent Wifi internet connection, plenty of bar work space, a comfy queen size bed, a thick queen size futon, a cozy loft for children to play, read or sleep, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining bar, a private bathroom with a therapeutic steam shower, washer and dryer, and a large deck to enjoy outside dining with incredible panoramic views of the mountains and its wildlife residents. Wifi, water, electricity and propane are all included in the rent. There is ample parking outside the studio, including a carport, but no garage access. From this property tenants will find immediate access to snowshoe or cross country ski or hike on State Land mountain trails using a recreational day use permit, and downhill skiing mountains are less than an hour away. For additional rent, a horse or other livestock may kept in a fenced area and stall just outside the Treehouse. There are plenty of trails to ride just off the property. A horse would be welcome to stay for additional rent, as we have a large fenced area that is defended by livestock guardian dogs, a barn and horse accommodations. This cozy fully furnished and well equipped studio will be available for an up to seven-month long stay through May 2026. Wifi and water are included in the rent. We have a strict no smoking policy. There is ample parking outside the studio, including a carport, but no garage access.
