The HOA requires $25 per application and $40 per tenant (18 years or older) fees. If approved it is going to be refunded. Unfortunately, the process takes from 15-30 days to be approved. I did not know it takes so long, so anybody who wish to move right away, will be disappointed like me. The place is ready to move in. Cleaned, painted, with a brand new refrigerator (all appliances stainless still). There is only hook up for the washer and dryer. All toilets seats are new. The brand new water heater and not so old AC.
