Fabulous location! The street becomes a dirt road just beyond my place and wanders on up the hill where you can walk or bike. There are deer, rabbits, cayotes and lots of birds. The place is a duplex on a short, very private and quiet street where there is a total of 24 units. The yards are all a nice size. Mine has a pool and spa and is on 2 levels and surrounded by terra cotta color tile. There is a large hedge on each side of the property which provides privacy. The kitchen cabinets are red oak and are finished as the natural color. The kitchen, hall, powder room and entry areas are tile. The cabinets and floors were redone in 2006, and the carpet was also replaced then.
