Gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (income verification and recent pay stubs required). No illegal drug use. Background, credit, and rental history may be reviewed. Pets Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance by the landlord. If approved, a $300 non-refundable pet deposit will be required. Rent $1,850 per month, with water included Military will be given a $100 discount per month with an allotment. We also offer a $100 monthly discount for tenants who choose to pay rent weekly.
