I am renting my large, fully furnished 1 BR / 1 BA apartment in the heart of old Dupont Circle for up to 3 years while I will be living abroad. The unit is available fully furnished, appointed, and supplied with furniture, cookware, appliances, decor, and existing staples (e.g. spices, foil, wraps, etc.). Or, it can be rented "flex-furnished", meaning I can remove and store pieces of furniture, decor, and supplies that you won't need or don't want. It's an ideal situation for those living in DC temporarily, working on the Hill (staffers, interns), graduate students and visiting scholars at GWU, AU, or Georgetown. Available starting September 14th. Rent includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water) and high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment is situated in the heart of Old Dupont, on the 17th Street strip of restaurants, shops, and watering holes the original LGBTQ neighborhood in DC and where the annual high heel race still happens.
