    What the owner loves about this home
    We love the exceptional location; including, the small, well-desired neighborhood just outside of town limits, lot location, and such close proximity to Hwy 220. We love the lush landscaping, wooded acreage, and privacy this home provides. We also love the size of the home. The layout allows for everyone to have their own space; with the primary suite downstairs, and a secondary, primary suite upstairs; along with 3 more large bedrooms. We love the way this home makes us feel. It is large and impressive, yet cozy and inviting. It's prestigious, yet unpretentious. We love the size of the driveway, and that the kid's can play basketball and ride their bikes without having to leave the property. We also love the covered porch on the front side of the house. What's not to love about a large, attached 3-car garage, as we have lots of storage for our vehicles and toys. The back patio area is wonderful for hanging out pool-side. We love our large swimming pool with diving board. We also love that our property backs up to the Mayo River State Park with trails winding down to the Mayo River right from our detached 2 bay garage/workshop. We love that our detached garage is fully wired, and has a built in loft with stairs, which provides extra storage. It's a great escape for a man-cave, workshop, or could easily be converted to a small apartment. This is a wonderful property and we hate to sell, but with our older two children now having finished college; it is time to downsize.
