Welcome to this beautifully designed custom-built, two-story home in the desirable Old D’Arbonne Crossing Subdivision. Offering 2,686 square feet of gross living area, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a saltwater pool, and a private setting backing up to green space, this home combines thoughtful design with exceptional indoor and outdoor living.
From the moment you arrive, you'll notice the impressive curb appeal featuring custom curbing, half-round gutters, an automated sprinkler system, and an extra-long driveway providing plenty of parking. Inside, the open-concept, split floor plan is both spacious and functional. Abundant windows fill the living area with natural light while offering beautiful views of the backyard. Recessed lighting, plantation shutters, hardwood flooring, and travertine tile add character throughout the main level.
The kitchen features granite countertops, a gas cooktop, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and a large walk-in pantry. A gas-log fireplace creates a warm focal point in the dining area, while a built-in hallway desk provides a convenient space for working from home or managing everyday tasks. The oversized laundry room offers abundant cabinetry and a utility sink.
The primary suite features dual closets and a spacious bath with a whirlpool tub and travertine walk-in shower. A second downstairs bedroom offers the privacy of an en-suite bath and large walk-in closet.
Upstairs, a spacious bonus living area provides the perfect place for a media room, game room, guest retreat, or additional sleeping space. Two additional bedrooms, both with walk-in closets, and a full bathroom complete the second floor. The upstairs also features recent HVAC unit and ductwork, and the home has been upgraded with a tankless water heater.
An oversized, extended two-car garage provides excellent additional storage, but the true showstopper is the backyard. With the property backing up to green space, you'll enjoy added peace and privacy while relaxing in your own backyard oasis. A large covered patio extends the length of the home and includes a gas hookup for grilling. The in-ground saltwater pool features a recently installed pump and new tank (2026) and is surrounded by a brick patio with a built-in fire pit. Additional outdoor amenities include a large pool-supply storage room, outdoor shower head, convenient patio half bath, aluminum pool fencing, and gas lanterns that create the perfect evening ambiance.
Located in an established HOA community and zoned for Kiroli Elementary, Good Hope Middle, and West Monroe High School, this one-of-a-kind property offers space, privacy, functionality, and resort-style outdoor living—all in one exceptional home.

What the owner loves about this home
What I love most about my home is that it has always felt like more than just a house—it’s a place where family, friends, neighbors, and pets can truly feel at home.
The neighborhood is incredibly family-friendly and pet-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to get outside, take a walk, or spend time together. With no through traffic and streets made up of cul-de-sacs, the neighborhood feels peaceful, private, and safe. It’s the kind of place where neighbors know one another, look out for each other, and are always willing to lend a hand or stop and say hello.
Some of my favorite memories have been made right here at home. The outdoor living space has been perfect for bringing people together. We were even able to host a neighbor’s 80th birthday gathering on the patio, which was such a special celebration and a wonderful example of how this home was made for entertaining.
The holidays are especially fun here. The neighborhood comes alive with families, decorations, and a true sense of community. Whether celebrating holidays, spending summer days by the pool, entertaining friends on the patio, or simply enjoying a quiet evening at home, there has always been something special about living here.
More than anything, I love the sense of community. It’s a place where we’ve felt comfortable, connected, and at home—and that is something I’ll always appreciate about this house and neighborhood.
