Our home is a custom build 1-1/2 story house that sits among some of the best deer and turkey hunting. The garage has enough room for 3 cars and then some. It has a full basement that is mostly finished with some utilities and room for some storage. We have a geothermal heat pump that cools and heats the home that help keep the electric bills lower. All the appliances are electric except a fireplace in the living room. There are also a couple of bonus rooms that cannot classify as bedrooms. The incoming power is setup for a portable generator in times of inclement weather. The home is positioned near the back of the 30 mostly clear acres. It is very secluded, off of a paved highway in western Bollinger county. Many deer have been harvested and not many years pass by that we don't see long beards walking up into our yard during early spring. Some of the property has been row-cropped by a local farmer over the years. There is also portions that are currently growing fescue/grasses. The yard includes few pecan, pear, and plum trees & thornless blackberry and blueberry bushes. There is a fenced in yard for the house pets to be able to roam with assurance of them not getting too far New roof and new siding in 2025!
