Looking for a roommate for the main master bedroom and connecting bathroom in my apartment (my whole apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath) . I will primarily be living at my boyfriends house so you will mostly have the apartment to yourself, and when I am home will be in the guest room! 2 pools in a gated community- 10 min from the beach and downtown St.Pete. Small therapy dogs allowed with paperwork and tenants must complete a background check per condo association rules. I have all beach gear to use as well. This apartment lease will be for 6 months but can be flexible. Furnished apartment- No smoking- all utilities included in rent. Renter will need to fill out a background check when applying as condo requires all tenants to do so (one time $100). Small therapy dogs allowed with paperwork. I can be flexible with the move in date starting August 5th.
