Our neighborhood is a peaceful, hidden gem of Atlanta and this is a brand new finished basement with all the amenities you might need (wet bar, full fridge, full bathroom, separate entry, free parking). We are just off of 285 and 85, the main interstates in Atlanta. About 10 minutes to Buford Highway, 15 to Buckhead, and 20-30 min (without traffic) to popular ATL attractions. We have two young girls so you may hear some light frolicking, but we've insulated the ceiling to minimize noise. This is a one-bedroom Mother-in-law suite in our newly finished basement. There is a queen bed with a full closet and dresser, full bathroom with tub, and a wet bar. The wet bar is essentially a kitchen with a full fridge, but it does not have an oven or dishwasher. We do have an air fryer/toaster oven, portable stove top, coffee maker, french press, and electric kettle along with all of the cooking utensils and dishes you might need. There is a spacious hallway as well where we can set up a twin air mattress and/or a travel crib if you need it. We have a graveled parking spot in the far corner of our yard where you can park, but it is a tight one and on a blind curve. If you don't feel comfortable or cannot fit your car, you can park on the street in front of our house (but please don't block our mailbox). We have keyless entry and will provide the code upon your arrival. Please note: we have two young girls so you may occasionally hear them running around and playing. They do go to daycare most weekdays and most of the noise would likely be around 8am and 6pm. We've had a tenant living there for the past 11 months and he can corroborate that the noise is minimal. Owner pays all utilities. There is no washer/dryer or dishwasher in this space. No pets or smoking. We have a graveled parking spot with a paved path down to the basement's private entry. Keycode entry. There are steps so it's unfortunately not ADA-friendly.
