We have a 3 bedroom (possible 4), 2 bathroom house. It is a split level, with 2.5 floors- finished basement. Along with the bedroom & bathrooms, it offers a kitchen, main living room, a downstairs family/living room, laundry/utility room, and a dining room (which used to be a bedroom). There is a detached, heated oversize 2 stall garage and we have a small horseshoe driveway (which is great for bikes and scooters ??). Parking space offers 2 in the garage and 3+ in the driveway. We also built a small garden shed off of one side. We have a playset, fire pit and our yard has many established perennials that we have planted throughout our time here.
