As a homeowner I have the best of both worlds with choices for gardening and landscape, green grassy space. Treecare, lawn fertilizer and clubhouse (pool, soccer field, volleyball, basketball, park area, street maintenance, playgrounds are maintained through Burkhart Ridge.
