Personal use items (such as sheets and towels) are provided. Shared kitchen, common use appliences. In unit laundry-dryer combo. Toilet has a bidet. There are currently five people living in the house - the space is co-ed, with two girls and three guys. Ages 20 - 35. All tenants are either students or working professionals. We are looking for someone clean, quiet, neat, respectful, organized, and tidy. Quiet time 11pm - 6am. No axe murderers please. No smoking inside. Quiet time 11-6.
