I have a 3 Bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house in a really nice, luxurious, secure and gated community in central Houston called Oak Forest/Garden Oaks. The house is almost brand new (built in 2012) and you will have access to all the common areas. It is as if you have your own home. I am renting out a room with plenty of closet space, laundry facility and plenty of storage space. My house is about 15 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes from The Woodlands. I just bought this house so the pictures shown are from the previous owner. Room detail - I had 2 rooms for rent and now only one is available The rent is $700 per month and one month rent as deposit. Utilities are extra. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, based on your preference. Also you can park in the garage. Me: Male, clean, responsible, considerate, drug/smoke free person with an awesome sense of humor. You: Male/Female, clean, responsible with a steady source of income. No drugs, only outside smoking. No pets (sorry I am allergic to pets) My friends are telling me that I am renting the room too cheap as the house is really nice and the neighborhood is good and the rent is very reasonable, so I am not sure how Soon these rooms will be gone. But I am a bit picky and I am Looking for good roommates with No drama, so if You match what I am looking for then Let's talk :)
