The home has had a recent facelift on outside. The Cedar logs have been sealed with caulking between log and seam then painted with 3 coats of Valspar Exterior (Simply Cedar). Then trim was painted with Valspar Exterior (Potato Skin). Repaired Porch railings and painted also. Installed new gutters and Downspouts on Front Porch. On Metal roof we replaced all old roofing screws and sealing washers with New larger size. We stripped and painted all 3 entry doors and replaced old doorknobs and locks with New Kwikset Knobs W/ keylocks. Repaired wood screen doors and painted. Inside House, refinished all Handcrafted Cedar cabinets with Minwax Polyurethane Satin. Also 2 coats on all Cedar logs, beams. trim, and doors. Refinished Cedar wood floors in Living room and 1 bedroom with Minwax Polyurethane Semi-gloss for floors. Replaced floor in front bedroom with Water-Resistant Laminate flooring. Replaced Kitchen flooring with Water-Resistant Laminate Flooring. installed new Vinyl tile in Entryway, Laundry Room and Bathroom. Installed 2 new Ceiling fans with lights in Living Room and new lighting in Kitchen and Laundry Room. Installed new Allure Laminate Plank Wall covering in Kitchen, Living Room and Hall. Installed new Countertop and new stainless-steel sink and faucet in Kitchen. Had Septic tank Pumped out and inspected. Central air/ Heat pump is working properly. Also installed a new Ventless Propane Wall Heater for back up in case of power outage. Detached Garage was a 3 car but owner decided to put a door and window in 1 bay (24'L x 12'W) so it could be used with up-stairs apartment (30'L x 12'w), since there is a full Bathroom (6'L x12'W) at back and the stairs go up to the apartment next to it. It is wired and insulated and could be used for a workshop or whatever you want. Apartment has a small kitchenet with sink and room for small table.
