All bedrooms have electric window blinds. The home also has a 2-car attached garage and a 1-car attached garage. Amenities include a pool with retractable pool cover, a hot tub, 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, cornhole, and a custom-made ping pong table. We earned approximately $166,000 in short-term rental income during 2025, and we already have approximately $170,000 in short-term rental bookings for 2026 (Red Rock Vacations manages our property for us).
