It's completely separate from the bottom floor and not connected to the bottom floor by an interior staircase. The rent includes all utilities (water, trash, electric, gas) including gigabyte internet and a spectrum tv package. Comes furnished with a kitchen table, benches, bar stools, couch, tv console, two flat screen TVs, a bedroom dresser, a cal king bed, night stand, and built in shelving. The two TVs are wireless and connect to the gigabyte internet. It's a short walk ~10 mins to the village and the beach, Nob Hill, Gayle's, etc. It's on the Soquel Creek and has a nice view to the water below. The house was totally remodeled four years ago, so everything is pretty new.. newer copper/pex plumbing, newer kitchen and countertops, newer electric, newer bathroom and shower / vanity etc. It has a washer and dryer and storage in the attached garage (garage not usable for a car). The rent includes only the top floor and deck off the top floor, and half of the garage. It does not include the backyard (for my use only - I will reside in the bottom floor). Apologies for the pics that show a lot of personal stuff - that will all be cleared out by Oct 1. Quiet hours (no running washing machine, washer/dryer) are before 10 am and after 10 pm. This is due to the piping running in the walls below where I will live, and it gets pretty noisy! Parking is available in front of the house on the street. Sorry but no pets.
