The unit has a wood-burning fireplace, all major appliances, washer-dryer hook-up, and a deck facing west. We also have a coin-operated laundry facility on site if you don't have your own washer and dryer. We are a NO SMOKING / NO PETS property. Rent is $2100 a month. We only ask for a $1000 deposit, and you pay first month's rent when you move in. Last month's rent is not required. One-year lease agreement which goes month-to-month after the first year is completed. Water, sewer, garbage, and onsite parking for 1 car in our gated parking garage is included with the rent.
