    What's special

    First, this is a ranch style home with a full finished basement. There are 6 rooms upstairs with two baths and 4 rooms downstairs along with a dry bar and laundry room. Living space upstairs is about 1300 sq feet. Living space downstairs is about 1,100 sq feet. The attached two car garage features a workbench area and cabinet storage along the back. There's doors at front and back. A third door goes to house. There is a large deck across the front leading to the front door. When you enter the home you will be in a large living room. Shower walls are tiled to ceiling with decorative trim all around. The floor is also tile. The second bath which is also new features white American Standard fixtures, tile floor, ceramic bath tub with tile to ceiling, grab bar, decorative tile surround and an inset. There is also a removable shower head. Coming out of bathroom and contnuing down the hall are three doors that lead to a large master bedroom with large California style closet with double mirrored doors. A large window and a smaller window provide much light. On either side of the master are smaller guest bedrooms with large windows and california closets. The lower level opens up to a large recreation area and family room which features a second woodburning fireplace, a dry bar (electric furnace and air unit is behind the bar) and a set of built in bookcases. At the rear are three regular doors. One leads to a carpeted Play Room which was originally a sewing room. Inside this room is another door that leads to a large storage area. The second door leads to a good size room currently being used as an office. It was originally a 4th bedroom which our oldest claimed as his bedroom. There is a double closet and a single closet in this room. The third door leads to yet another room which was originally a 5th bedroom but presently serves as a freezer room (freezer stays) and the double closet serves as a food pantry. Lastly, there is a double door entry to the laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, softwater unit and hot water. heater. This room also leads to a walk up stair that empties onto the rear deck through the Bilco cover.
