The house is on a dead end street. Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, electric, and gas), as well as internet. Renter is responsible for yard upkeep, but owner provides a lawn mower. No smoking of any type is allowed inside or out in the yard. There are 2 driveway parking spots. No parties are allowed on the property. Non-refundable pet fee of $550 is required at lease signing for pet owners.
