It is a 5-10 minute walk from TCNJ campus, and under a 5 minute bike ride. I find the location to be very convenient (halfway between campus and shops like Shop Rite, Quick Check, etc.). It is also only a quick car ride away from Rider. The house offers 4 bedrooms (120 sq ft, 130 sq ft, 220 sq ft, and 245 sq ft), and 2 full bathrooms. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated within the past 4 years. The two larger bedrooms were both renovated within the past 4 years as well. The home really is quite nice and very spacious. I have had groups of 4-6 tenants living in the home, and it has accommodated all of them comfortably. The house has a washer and dryer, central heating, off-street parking (including a carport), hardwired smoke detectors, large unfinished basement, and wiring for wifi and cable.
