Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom PLUS finished basement home with a custom kitchen, pine hardwood floors, fully fenced backyard, stainless steel appliances is available for rent. Home is available. Renter pays for all utilities on the home, which is electric, trash, gas, water, and wifi. Renter must take care of all lawn maintenance and snow removal. We do require a credit score of 620 or better. All adults must apply for the home and meet our requirements. We require 1.5X rent in income (approx $2700 income per month). Small dog is allowed with deposit, NO CATS. We do require a cleaning fee, which can be refunded if the home is returned in the same condition it was left in on move in day. This is a PRIVATE landlord, easy to get along with as long as you do your part as a renter.
