Hi, there! My husband and I have a fully furnished, private bedroom available for rent on a month-to-month basis starting September 1st. Amenities include: - Utilities - High speed internet - Access to household streaming services (Netflix and Disney Plus) - On site laundry - Two shared bathrooms for tenant use - Some shared groceries (staple foods, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.) - Home cooked meals (I worked as a professional cook for a number of years, and I make nearly everything from scratch tenants are always welcome to share in meals) Things to consider: - We are a LGBTQIA+ and immigrant friendly household - We have two large dogs who absolutely love people, so anyone looking to apply should be comfortable living with animals - Applicants should be prepared to bring at least one reference, whether it be from an employer or former landlord - A security deposit of $450 will be required upon move-in Thank you so much for your consideration! If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask. The room is for rent on a month-to-month basis. We would prefer a longer term tenant, but short term is alright, too.
